I haven’t been able
to recognise
the firm borderline
between real and dreams
For the longest time
for decades
I’ve gotten used to bathe
In the puddle of hallucination
But alas! I must admit
the travels I’ve taken
have taught the things
beyond all imagination
And to be entirely honest
I couldn’t care less
if they’re just lies and deceptions
It’s the path that I chose
Flying through the colours
ether and boreal flames
Freezing my earthly soul
to the absolute zero to see
The very crystallised form
of the afterworld – beyond times
and shatter my consciousness
to pieces
Then in the end
I became one
with the swarm of
vibrating insects
To conquer all
in our way
and to enter
everything
We reach for the oldest mountains
that guarded the borders of worlds
Strange things lurk on their slopes
strange feelings infect their air
And the deeper I get
colder in their age old roots
the clearer I feel
the tremble in my veins
As if I’ve dripped
to the rivers running every direction
and floated the entire course
to the gates of the realm of the dead
The roads forbidden
for the red blooded living things
unless you change your veins
to the network of fungal threads
In order to get
you surely must give

in my psychic travels unknown
and taken all the paths

that’s been carved to the inner surface of my skull

I wouldnt call it blackened death but it certainly has the bleak dark atmosphere akin to Akhlys or Watain while pummeling you with pure death metal and a touch of dissonance and doominess á la Morbid Angel..it really combines almost everything i love about metal and theres not a weak spot on here..their first album was good but this is stylistically much different and a vast improvement.
